Self-sealing paper pouches for air sterilization (kraft sterilization pouches) are used to maintain instrument sterility during storage.
An indicator is applied to the outside of the pouch, allowing easy differentiation between sterilized and non-sterilized instruments.
The sterility retention period is up to 50 days.

Size: 75×150 mm – holds 1 set of manicure tools (tweezers and cutters).
The sterilization procedure includes three stages: manual or automated cleaning of instruments, disinfection in special solutions, and then sterilization of dry instruments in a dry heat sterilizer.
Paper pouches are used in the third stage. Just before placing the instruments in the dry heat sterilizer, they are placed in the pouch and sealed. After sterilization is complete, the instrument set can be stored until work begins.
The pouch is opened in the presence of the client.

Proper Sterilization in a Dry-Heat Sterilizer — Step by Step
1. Disinfection: Instruments must be disinfected immediately after use with a disinfectant solution.2. Pre-sterilization cleaning: Rinse the instruments under running water after disinfection to remove chemical residues and contaminants.3. Drying: Instruments must be completely dry before packaging. Damp instruments are not suitable for sterilization.4. Packaging in sterilization pouches: The instruments are placed in pouches and securely sealed with self-adhesive tape.5. Sterilization in a dry heat sterilizer: The packaged instruments are placed in a dry heat sterilizer. The indicator on the pouch changes color, confirming sterilization.
