Customs, Import Duties & VAT
All orders are shipped from Bulgaria (European Union).
For orders delivered within the European Union, VAT is applied according to current EU legislation.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the shipment may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and import fees upon entry into the recipient's country.
Any applicable non-EU VAT, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient (buyer) and are usually collected by the courier or customs authorities upon delivery.

• Customs authorities in the recipient's country may require payment of VAT or duties before releasing the shipment.
• You may be asked to pay these fees directly to the courier or at the customs office upon delivery.

Orders are shipped by Sofi House EOOD from Bulgaria.
International delivery is carried out in cooperation with logistics partners, including Speedy, UPS, DPD, GLS, DHL eCommerce, and local postal operators in the recipient's country.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
