Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for returning goods

For a return to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging;

• The item must be in the same condition as received;

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery;

• Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Photos or video evidence may be required for case evaluation.

Grounds for return

A return is accepted only in the following cases:

• The product was delivered damaged or with a manufacturing defect;

• The product does not fulfill its intended purpose when used strictly according to instructions;

• The wrong item was sent.

Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• The order was placed by mistake;

• The customer changed their mind after delivery;

• The product is opened, used, or partially used;

• The original seal or protective packaging is broken;

• The product is damaged due to improper storage, use, or handling;

• The product is a chemical, hazardous, flammable, or regulated substance, and its integrity is compromised;

• The product falls into the personal hygiene category;

• The product was purchased at a discount or is a gift card.

For safety reasons and in accordance with regulatory requirements, opened chemical or potentially hazardous products are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping costs

If the return is approved due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an incorrect order or a change of mind by the customer, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

The initial shipping cost is not refundable, even if the order had free shipping.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

For deliveries within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging;

• The return meets sanitary and safety requirements.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after opening;

• Chemical or hazardous substances after the seal or packaging integrity is compromised.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment system.
