Self-adhesive paper pouches for air sterilization (kraft sterilization pouches) are used to maintain the sterility of instruments during storage.
An indicator is applied to the outside of the pouch, making it easy to distinguish sterilized from unsterilized instruments.
The sterility retention period is up to 50 days.

Size: 100×200 mm – holds 1 set of manicure instruments (scissors, tweezers, and cuticle pusher).
The sterilization procedure includes three stages: manual or automated cleaning of instruments, disinfection in special solutions, and then sterilization of dry instruments in a dry heat sterilizer.
Paper pouches are used in the third stage. Immediately before placing the instruments in the dry heat sterilizer, they are placed in the pouch and sealed. After sterilization, the instrument set can be stored until work begins.
The pouch is opened in the presence of the client.

Proper sterilization in a dry heat sterilizer - step by step
1. Disinfection: Instruments are disinfected immediately after use with a disinfectant solution.
2. Pre-sterilization cleaning: Rinsing instruments under running water after disinfection to remove chemical residues and contaminants.
3. Drying: Instruments must be completely dry before packaging. Wet instruments are not suitable for sterilization.
4. Packaging in sterilization pouches: Instruments are placed in pouches and reliably sealed with the self-adhesive tape.
5. Sterilization in a dry heat sterilizer: Packaged instruments are placed in a dry heat sterilizer. The indicator on the pouch changes color, confirming sterilization.
